Which should be applied first, the Only Touch solution or the Easy TCA solution?

The Easy TCA solution makes the skin more permeable: applying it just before Only Touch would make penetration of the latter too deep and therefore dangerous.

The Only Touch solution, on the other hand, induces significant whitening as a result of coagulation of the cutaneous proteins, which hinders local penetration of Easy TCA.

It is therefore clear that the Only Touch solution must be applied before the Easy TCA and not vice versa. Only Touch must therefore be applied first (with a quick dab on a small zone of 1 cm in diameter at the most), and left to dry while awaiting whitening.

Even if the whitening is not complete, apply Easy TCA over the zone as a whole, including the small areas treated with Only Touch. The secondary frosting upon application of Only Touch will prevent penetration of the Easy TCA solution. Then apply the Easy TCA post-peel cream over the entire zone. The patient will have to apply a total sunscreen cream in the morning and at midday, as well as one of the Skin Tech lightening creams, for six weeks to six months.
