How to treat necklines? Necklines with minor lesions: Patients with few wrinkles or blemishes on necklines and skin that is barely damaged, who nonetheless wish to improve skin quality or maintain neckline in good condition.Necklines should be treated at the same time as faces and necks. Apply Easy TCA solution on the neckline, and then on the neck and face, in this order (this sequence is more pleasant as neckline and neck are less sensitive than the face). Monitor the appearance of frosting points on the face, according to base protocol (see technical booklet, which is available free). When the first frosting points appear on the face, one can consider that the solution has been applied sufficiently on neck and neckline. Apply the post-peel mask cream (i.e. the tube of cream included in the Easy TCA kit) by massaging in the amount recommended on the blue card that is also supplied with the Easy TCA kit.
However, the two latter areas can be treated by applying the base protocol (frosting points) and reserving a medium protocol for the neckline. Thus, the necessary number of layers of Easy TCA acid solution should be applied to the neckline in order to obtain a "cloudy" i.e., uniform frosting of skin. Ensure each layer has dried completely before applying the following one. Using cold packs between the different layers of the acid solution alleviates the burning or stinging sensation the product usually produces. Neckline is severely damaged or has many wrinkles: an abrasive protocol can be added to the post peel Easy TCA cream (cf. Technical booklet, available for free;contact your supplier or write to the following email address skinrebirth@estetik.com ). |
